There are 2 easy ways to enroll to paperless billing.
The first enrollment option can be done while you are logged in to your Globe account. The other is through our Help and Support page wherein you won't need a Globe account to be able to sign up for Paperless Billing. The second option does not require you to log in, so you can easily sign up for Paperless Billing.
Let the steps below serve as your guide in signing up for this service.
Enrollment procedure (While logged in)
- Login to www.globe.com.ph
- Click on the "My Account" link to view the enrolled accounts.
- Select a postpaid account that you wish to enroll in paperless billing, and then click on view dashboard.
- From the account dashboard, Click on "Go Paperless".
- A registration form with auto-populated fields (First Name, Last Name, Account No., Mobile No./Landline No., Email address) will then pop-up.
- Confirm your email address and then click on "Send Test Email".
- Check your email inbox if you have received the test email.
- If you did not receive the test mail, click the "I did not receive the test mail" link. A pop-up box will appear displaying the troubleshooting guide.
- If you received the test email, put a tick on the "I already received the test email". A "Subscribe" button will then appear.
- Click on the "Subscribe" button to submit the registration.
- You will receive a confirmation message (while still on the web page) and SMS (for mobile postpaid accounts) that you have made a successful transaction.
Enrollment procedure (Not logged-in)
- Go to www.globe.com.ph
- Click on "Sign up for Paperless Billing" under My Account.
- The registration form will then be displayed.
- Select to input Mobile Number/Landline if you are trying to register a Globe postpaid account or a Globe landline account. Select to input Account Number if you are trying to register a data-only or internet only account.
- Then enter the mobile number, landline number or account number in the field.
NOTE: Steps 6-8 applies to Globe mobile only - Click "Send SMS Verification Code"
- A verification code will be sent to your mobile phone
- Enter the verification code you received through SMS in the field
- Enter your email address where you want your eBill to be sent
- Confirm your email address
- Then click "Send test mail"
- Check your email inbox for the test email. Once received, click "I already received the test email". Otherwise, click "I did not receive the test mail", and follow the troubleshooting guide.
- Click "Subscribe" to submit the registration.
- You will receive a confirmation message (while still on the web page) and SMS (for mobile postpaid accounts).
Yes you can! Here's how:
While logged in:
- Log-in to www.globe.com.ph
- Click on "My Account" link to view the enrolled accounts.
- Select a postpaid account that you wish to update the email address, and then click on view dashboard.
- From the account dashboard, Click on "Go Paperless"
- A registration form with auto-populated fields (First Name, Last Name, Account No., Mobile No./Landline No., Email address) will pop-up
- Change the current email address by typing a new one, and then confirm the email address by typing it again. Click on "send test email".
- Check your email inbox if you received the test email.
- If you did not receive the test mail, click the "I did not receive the test mail" link. A pop-up box will appear displaying the troubleshooting guide.
- If you received the test email, put a tick on the "I already received the test email" and a "subscribe" button will appear.
- Click on the "Update" button to update your email address where you want your e-bill to be sent.
- You will receive a confirmation message (while still on the web page) and SMS (for mobile postpaid accounts).
- Log-in to www.globe.com.ph
- Click on "My Account" link to view the enrolled accounts.
- Select a postpaid account that you wish to update the email address of, and then click on View Dashboard.
- From the account dashboard, Click on "Go Paperless"
- A registration form with auto-populated fields (First name, Last Name, Account no., Mobile no./landline no., Email address) will pop-up
- Confirm the email address by typing it again in the field provided.
- Click on the tick box "I already received the test email".
- Click on the "Unsubscribe" button to submit the request.
- You will receive a confirmation message (while still on the web page) and SMS (for mobile postpaid accounts).
Now you have the option to pay for your Globe account without having to log in. Even if you have not created your account in the Globe website, you can still pay for bills (yours or anyone else's) as long as you have a valid credit card or GCASH. Here's how:
- Go to www.globe.com.ph
- Click on "Pay My Bill" under My Account.
- The online payment form for My Bill will be displayed.
- Enter your Mobile Number/Landline if you are trying to pay a Globe postpaid account or a Globe landline account. Or you can enter your Account number if you are trying to pay a data-only or internet-only account.
- Enter email address
- Select Payment Method (either GCASH or Credit Card)
- Enter the amount you wish to pay.
- Click the Pay Now button.
Note: You may use this payment mode for paying current and active or temporarily disconnected accounts only. Kindly use other payment channels to pay for permanently disconnected accounts.
For Credit Card Payments, you must populate the following fields:
- Name on the Card
- Card Type
- Credit Card number
- CVC number
- Expiry date
- Email Address
Then click the "Proceed with Bill Payment" button
For Gcash Payments, you must
- Enter the mobile number enrolled to GCASH
- Wait for the text on your mobile phone asking for your MPIN
- Reply with your MPIN within 5 mins from receipt
Then click the "Proceed with Bill Payment" button
Yes! You may pay for bills of other subscribers as long as you can provide the mobile number, landline number, or account number (for data-only accounts). You will be asked to provide your credit card details or GCASH MPIN to be able to proceed with your payment.
