Bear in mind that signal quality depends on many factors, like obstruction indoors/outdoors or the settings on your device. Here at Globe, we are more than happy to assess the signal quality in your area so we can determine ways to improve it for your convenience.

Last November 2011, we announced that we will make a network modernization program that will run for the next 2-3 years. This massive network upgrade aims to improve network quality and customer experience, increase capacity and prepare the network to meet your needs.

Network activities will be done in phases in different parts of the country. We will inform you through a text message if the network activity will affect services in your area and when we have completed the network transformation.
