Globe Community is an online forum designed to let Globe and non-Globe customers explore, answer, and learn about Globe's products and services. Most of the content is driven by Community members via forum threads, blog entries, and contests. It provides Community members an avenue to interact, discuss, and resolve Globe-related concerns and topics.
As a Community member, you are free to discuss anything and everything under the sun!
You may access Globe Community by visiting www.community.globe.com.ph on your desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. Your browser should automatically detect your device and load the appropriate content for ease of reading.
You don't have to be a member to be able to explore the discussions posted in Globe Community. However, in order to participate and post replies to existing threads, you will need to register.
You may sign up by clicking either "Register" or "Connect to Facebook" on the sign-up form that appears on your screen. Don't forget to verify your email after registration! Once registered, simply click "Login" to access your account.
Absolutely! Globe Community is linked to our Globe Facebook fanpages (Globe Telecom, Republika ng TM, etc.). Simply look for the "Globe Community" tab in any of the pages mentioned and voila!
Searching, posting and replying to any of the threads can be done directly on Facebook, and this will reflect on the Globe Community website in real-time (and vice versa)!
You may reach several ranks and unlock corresponding privileges if you're active in Globe Community. By active, we mean participating in both online discussions and offline activities like events! Apart from ranks, you'll surely gain a lot of friends, whom you'll personally meet and get to know in any one of our Globe Community meet-ups which we do regularly.
As an author of a particular thread, you have the power to select the best answer among all the replies and accept it as a solution for other members to refer to. To do this, you can click on the "Mark as Correct Answer" button.
