Just remember that any usage outside of the specified operators for Roam Surf for Postpaid will be charged the corresponding zonal rate for mobile surfing (P3/10KB in Zone 1 and P5/10KB in Zone 2).

Effective June 29, 2018, Turkey is temporarily unavailable as a Roam Surf partner for postpaid.

That's quite a long list! Can I subscribe abroad?

Sure, you can! Roam Surf actually requires no registration; just switch on your data roaming upon arrival in your destination country.
For our other data promos for roaming, just dial *143# to access our toll-free promo selection menu. Registration via *143# is available and free even when you're already abroad!

Will Roam Surf for Postpaid be charged within or on top of my consumables?

Like other roaming services, Roam Surf for Postpaid is charged on top of consumables, except for selected Platinum plans with consumable roaming.

Once your roaming consumables have been used up, Roam Surf for Postpaid will be charged on top of your bill.

I get it now. But what happens if I travel to two countries with Roam Surf for Postpaid within 24 hours?

Roam Surf for Postpaid is charged per operator. So if you use mobile surfing in two countries where the service is available (for example: Singapore to Thailand), you will be charged P599 for each roaming partner. Should you return to the original country within 24 hours from your first data session, you will not be charged again for mobile surfing during this period.

Just remember that any usage outside of the specified operators for Roam Surf for Postpaid will be charged the corresponding zonal rate for mobile surfing (P3/10KB in Zone 1 and P5/10KB in Zone 2).

Will my GROAM service be automatically activated once I register to Roam Surf even if I'm still here in the Philippines? When will the charging start?

The GROAM service will simultaneously be activated upon registration on Roam Surf. However, roaming activation and Roam Surf subscription will only start upon reaching the destination country, activation of the mobile phone and turning on of the Data Roaming switch on your smart mobile device.

Can I avail of the promo multiple times even if my subscription is still active?

No. Since you already get to enjoy unlimited service for your current subscribed plan, you need to wait for your current subscription to expire before you can register again. However, you will be allowed to do a co-existent registration if you are subscribing for a different country.

When will my subscription expire if I subscribe to Roam Surf (for Postpaid)?

Your subscription will expire 24 hours after you receive the confirmation message. That means if you turn on your mobile data at 9:00 p.m., your subscription will end at 9:00 p.m. the following day. No need to worry about your subscription ending at 12 midnight of the same day.

If I lose my roaming service due to insufficient load balance or any other cause, what will happen to my Roam Surf subscription?

In the event that your roaming service is lost, the Roam Surf subscription shall also be terminated regardless of whether the subscription has been completely consumed or not.

What happens to my subscription if I come back to the Philippines before the validity period is over?

Local data charges will apply upon your return to the Philippines.
