TERMS AND CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO THE
MY SUPER PLAN - UNLI SURF COMBO SUBSCRIPTION WITH IPAD 2
I. These Terms and Conditions specific to the MY SUPER PLAN - UNLI SURF COMBO SUBSCRIPTION WITH iPAD 2 ("Terms and Conditions") supplement the provisions of the Subscription Agreement ("SA").
II. In the event of conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the SA and these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. All other terms and conditions of the SA not otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions shall remain binding and effective.
III. The following terms and conditions apply to the MY SUPER PLAN - UNLI SURF COMBO SUBSCRIPTION WITH iPAD 2:
A. Subscription to the MY SUPER PLAN – UNLI SURF COMBO WITH IPAD 2 entails enrollment to MY SUPER PLAN – UNLI SURF COMBO PLAN 999 where each subscription comes with unlimited mobile surfing within the Philippines for a Monthly Service Fee (MSF) of P999.00.
B. Voice and SMS capability will not be activated for MY SUPER PLAN - UNLI SURF COMBO WITH IPAD 2.
C. Subscription to the MY SUPER PLAN - UNLI SURF COMBO WITH IPAD 2 shall have a holding period of twenty-four (24) months from line activation ("Holding Period"), unless otherwise specified in a separate promo certificate. During the Holding Period, the Subscriber shall NOT TERMINATE, DOWNGRADE, ASSIGN OR TRANSFER any right or obligation of, his/her MY SUPER PLAN - UNLI SURF COMBO SUBSCRIPTION WITH IPAD 2; otherwise, he/she shall pay the following:
i. Full cost of the iPad 2 availed of, plus an administrative fee of P550.00, if his/her MY SUPER PLAN - UNLI SURF COMBO SUBSCRIPTION WITH iPAD 2 is terminated or downgraded or transferred within the first 12 months of his/her Subscription; or
ii. 50% off the full cost of the iPad 2 availed of, if his/her MY SUPER PLAN - UNLI SURF COMBO SUBSCRIPTION WITH iPAD 2 is terminated or downgraded within the last 12 months of his/her Subscription; or
iii. 50% off the full cost of the iPad 2 availed of, plus an administrative fee of P550.00, if his/her MY SUPER PLAN – UNLI SURF COMBO SUBSCRIPTION WITH iPAD 2 is transferred within the last 12 months of his/her Subscription.
D. Subscription shall not be entitled to avail of any promotional activity of GLOBE that entails additional minimum subscription period (such as, but not limited to, Extension Line Promotions, Device Upgrade Programs, Load Tipid Plan Promotions) until expiration of the Holding Period of MY SUPER PLAN - UNLI SURF COMBO SUBSCRIPTION WITH iPAD 2.
E. Subscriber acknowledges that the iPad 2 he/she receives in connection with his/her MY SUPER PLAN - UNLI SURF COMBO SUBSCRIPTION WITH iPAD 2 is locked to GLOBE's network. The Subscriber shall not have such lock removed or disabled.
F. Subscriber acknowledges that he/she has reviewed and understood all the features of the iPad 2, especially when it involves using the iPad 2 to access the internet, and how to unsubscribe from the same if necessary. The Subscriber is aware that there are additional charges for accessing the internet using his/her iPad 2 when in roaming service. He/she shall be responsible for accessing GLOBE's website for information on applicable internet rates and roaming charges.
G. Subscriber acknowledges that use of MY SUPER PLAN – UNLI SURF COMBO WITH iPAD 2 is subject to Globe's Acceptable Terms on Fair Use Policy and that he/she has reviewed said policy at the GLOBE website.
H. In the event that the line of a Subscriber who avails of MY SUPER PLAN - UNLI SURF COMBO SUBSCRIPTION WITH iPAD 2 gets temporarily disconnected, Globe shall have the right to terminate the relevant Subscriber's MY SUPER PLAN - UNLI SURF COMBO SUBSCRIPTION WITH iPAD 2 and the Subscriber shall pay the full cost of the iPad 2 availed of and all applicable charges and/or fees including but not limited to the MY SUPER PLAN - UNLI SURF COMBO Plan 999 monthly service fees.
I. Once temporarily disconnected, the Subscriber shall still be billed for the MY SUPER PLAN - UNLI SURF COMBO Plan 999 service, but shall not be able to use the service until the Subscriber settles the full overdue balance of his/her account.
Terms and Conditions for Device Replacement:
- 1. For replacement and/or repair concerns, the subscriber should bring the iPad 2 to an Apple authorized service provider, along with the official receipt and/or other documents supporting the transaction. The iPad 2 is under 12 month's manufacturer warranty from date of receipt.
