Terms And Conditions Specific to the
All-New My Super Plan Subscription
I. These Terms and Conditions specific to the all-new MY SUPER PLAN Subscription ("Terms and Conditions") supplement the provisions of the Subscription Agreement ("SA").
II. In the event of conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the SA and these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. All other terms and conditions of the SA not otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions shall remain binding and effective.
III. The following terms and conditions apply to the all-new MY SUPER PLAN Subscription:
A. Subscription to the all-new MY SUPER PLAN entails enrollment to EITHER: (1) any of the All-Consumable Postpaid Plans where each subscription comes with a wide array of Plan Freebies for choosing of the Subscriber; OR, (2) an All-UNLI Plan subscription where the Subscriber enrolls in any of the available valid UNLI BOOSTER service/s provided that the Subscriber maintains a minimum of one (1) UNLI BOOSTER service at any given time (except for MY SUPER ONE).
B. Specific to the All-Consumable Postpaid Plans under the all-new MY SUPER PLAN, the following shall apply:
i. The consumable amount and the Plan Freebie(s) under each All-Consumable Plan subscription shall be valid for thirty (30) days and the Plan Freebie(s) shall auto-renew every thirty (30) days unless the Subscriber opts out by either going to the nearest Globe Store or calling the Hotline to terminate or change the Plan Freebie four (4) days before or after the cut-off period reflected in the Subscriber's bill statement. Unused bulk SMS, voice minutes, mobile browsing and other freebies as well as the consumable amount shall be forfeited after thirty (30) days, and a new allocation of freebies and consumable amount shall be provisioned.
ii. The Plan Freebie(s) enrolled in by the Subscriber may be changed as often as monthly provided that the Subscriber continues to be enrolled in any All-Consumable Postpaid Plan under the all-new MY SUPER PLAN.
iii. Consumable amount shall be specified in the All-Consumable Postpaid Plan enrolled in by the Subscriber. The coverage of the consumable amount shall vary depending on the plan; as such, the consumable amount may or may not include all types of calls, including roaming transactions.
iv. The Subscriber may also opt to enroll to any of the available UNLI BOOSTER service/s in which the UNLI BOOSTER SERVICE will auto-renew every thirty (30) days unless Subscriber opts out via SMS, goes to the nearest Globe Store, or calls the hotline, to terminate or change an UNLI service before the 30-day expiration.
v. The UNLI BOOSTER service availed of by the Subscriber will be billed on top of the Subscriber's consumable amount. The Subscriber will be billed the full service fee for the UNLI BOOSTER service upon enrollment. Monthly fee will not be pro-rated even if Subscriber opts out prior to the expiration of the 30-day period.
C. Specific to the ALL-UNLI Plan under the all-new MY SUPER PLAN, the following shall apply:
i. Each UNLI BOOSTER service shall have a term of thirty (30) days from date of activation.
ii. Enrollment to UNLI BOOSTER service(s) will auto-renew every thirty (30) days unless Subscriber opts out via SMS, goes to the nearest Globe Store, or calls the hotline, to terminate or change an UNLI BOOSTER service before the 30-day expiration.
iii. In the event that the Subscriber terminates all the UNLI BOOSTER services, an SMS notification will be sent reminding the Subscriber to register to at least one (1) UNLI BOOSTER service within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the SMS was sent; otherwise, the Subscriber will automatically be registered to My Super TXT.
iv. The Subscriber will be billed the full service fee for the relevant UNLI BOOSTER service/s upon enrollment. Monthly fee(s) will not be pro-rated even if Subscriber opts out prior to the expiration of the 30-day period.
D. GLOBE reserves the right to add, delete or modify any or all of (i) the Plan Freebies that may be availed of under each of the All-Consumable Plans; (ii) the UNLI BOOSTER services that may be availed of under ALL-UNLI Plan or to the All-Consumable Plans.
E. Subscription to the all-new MY SUPER PLAN shall have a holding period of twenty-four (24) months from line activation where Subscriber avails of a free or discounted Device together with the MY SUPER PLAN Subscription ("Holding Period"), unless otherwise specified in a separate promo certificate. During the Holding Period, the Subscriber shall NOT TERMINATE, DOWNGRADE, ASSIGN OR TRANSFER any right or obligation of, his/her all-new MY SUPER PLAN Subscription; otherwise, he/she shall pay the following:
i. Full cost of the Device availed of, plus an administrative fee of P550.00, if his/her all-new MY SUPER PLAN Subscription is terminated, downgraded or transferred within the first 12 months year of his/her Subscription; or
ii. 50% of the full cost of the Device availed of, if his/her all-new MY SUPER PLAN subscription is terminated, downgraded or transferred within the last 12 months of his/her Subscription.
F. A Subscriber who avails of a free Device together with his/her all-new MY SUPER PLAN Subscription shall not be entitled to avail of any promotional activity of GLOBE that entails additional minimum subscription period (such as, but not limited to, Extension Line Promotions, Device Upgrade Programs, Load Tipid Plan Promotions) until expiration of the all-new MY SUPER PLAN Subscription Holding Period.
G. Subscriber acknowledges that the Device he/she receives in connection with his/her all-new MY SUPER PLAN Subscription is locked to GLOBE's network. The Subscriber shall not have such lock removed or disabled.
H. Subscriber acknowledges that he/she has reviewed and understood all the features of the mobile device purchased, especially when it involves using the mobile device to access the internet, including on how to unsubscribe from the same if necessary. The Subscriber is aware that there are charges for accessing the internet using his/her mobile device depending on the mobile internet service availed of or opted in on top of the subscription plan. In addition, a Subscriber who is in roaming service shall be responsible for accessing GLOBE's website for information on applicable internet rates and roaming charges.
I. In the event that the line of a Subscriber who avails of a free Device with his/her all-new MY SUPER PLAN Subscription gets temporarily disconnected/call redirected, Globe shall have the right to terminate the relevant Subscriber's all-new MY SUPER PLAN Subscription and the Subscriber shall pay the full cost of the Device availed of and all applicable charges and/or fees including but not limited to the all-new MY SUPER PLAN monthly service fees.
J. Once temporarily disconnected/call redirected, the Subscriber shall still be billed for the all-new MY SUPER PLAN service, but shall not be able to use the service until the Subscriber settles the full overdue balance of his/her account. Once temporarily disconnected/call redirected, ALL-UNLI Plan service(s) will be opted out and Subscriber will have to re-enroll upon reconnection of account.
