Super Sakto Calls is available all day and night, from Monday to Sunday, to Globe Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers.

For Postpaid:   Per-second charges will be on top of monthly fee and will not decrease free voice minutes

The promo is available for Globe-to-Globe and Globe-to-TM calls only. Calls to other networks will be charged regular inter-network rates. P7.50/minute will be charged for GHP Prepaid and corresponding plan's inter-network rates for GHP Postpaid.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. 1. What is the Globe SUPER SAKTO CALLS (P0.15 per second) promo offer?

    Globe's SUPER SAKTO CALLS promo lets you call your friends and loved ones on their Globe or TM numbers for only P0.15 per second. It is available any time of the day from Monday to Sunday.
     
  2. 2. How can I avail of the SUPER SAKTO CALLS promo offer?

    It is very simple. Globe subscribers just need to replace the zero at the beginning of the Globe or TM number they are calling with 232 (for example: for 09171234567, dial 2329171234567) and wait for the person they are calling to answer the call.
     
  3. 3. Do I need to register to avail of the promo?

    We want to make it easy for you to avail of the promo so there is no need for you to register, regardless of whether you are a Globe Prepaid/Postpaid or TM subscriber.
     
  4. 4. Is this available to Globe Prepaid and Globe Postpaid subscribers?

    The promo is available to Globe Prepaid and Globe Postpaid subscribers.
     
  5. 5. Does the promo offer apply to both peak (8am to 11pm) and off peak hours (1am to 7am)?

    The promo offer is applicable all day provided you use the correct dialing sequence (232+10 digit mobile number) when making a call to other Globe and TM subscribers.
     
  6. 6. Will I be able to enjoy the special promo offer when I call other cellular networks (i.e. SMART, SUN, etc.)?

    The promo offer is available for Globe-to-Globe and Globe-to-TM calls only. Calls to other cellular networks will be charged regular inter-network rates. P7.50/minute will be charged for GHP Prepaid and corresponding plan's inter-network rates for GHP Postpaid.
     
  7. 7. Will I be able to enjoy the promo offer when I call TM subscribers from my Globe Prepaid or Postpaid line?

    Yes, the promo offer is available for both Globe-to-Globe and Globe-to-TM calls.
     
  8. 8. Can I enjoy the promo offer while on international roaming?

    The promo offer only applies to Globe-to-Globe and Globe-to-TM calls that you make in the country. The promo does not apply when you are using the international roaming service.
     
  9. 9. Will the rate be the same on weekends?

    Yes, SUPER SAKTO CALLS are charged P0.15 per second from Monday to Sunday.
     
  10. 10. If TM is already included in the per-second promo of Globe, will calls to TM be considered as within the network (intra-call) already?

    No, TM is only included in the per-second promo of Globe and will have no effect on calls to other networks.
     

PREPAID

  1. 1. Is there a minimum load value to avail of the promo offer?

    You must have at least P7.50 load to make any local call, whether it is under the promo or not.
     
  2. 2. If I make a 1-minute or 60-second Globe-to-Globe call, will I be charged P9 (based on the promo rate of P0.15 per second) or P6.50 (the current Globe-to-Globe call rate per minute)?

    If you used the promo dialing procedure of replacing the zero at the beginning of the Globe or TM number you are calling with 232 (for example: for 09171234567, dial 2329171234567), you will be charged P9. However, if you did not use any promo prefix, you will be charged P6.50.
     
  3. 3. If I make a 1-minute and 10-second Globe-to-Globe call, will I be charged P10.50 (based on the promo rate of P0.15 per second) or P13 (based on the current Globe-to-Globe call rate per minute)?

    If you used the promo dialing procedure of replacing the zero at the beginning of the Globe or TM number you are calling with 232 (for example: for 09171234567, dial 2329171234567), you will be charged P10.50. However, if you did not use any promo prefix, you will be charged P13.
     
  4. 4. How come sometimes I am charged an equivalent of a few seconds more than the actual call duration reflected on my cell phone?

    Globe's billing system captures the millisecond of a call. Because of this, you are billed based on the succeeding second.
     

POSTPAID

  1. 1. Will all Postpaid Plans (My Fully Loaded, My Super Plan and other Legacy Plans) be able to avail of the promo offer?

    Yes, all Postpaid plan subscribers can avail of the promo. Simply replace the zero at the beginning of the Globe or TM number you are calling with 232 (for example: for 09171234567, dial 2329171234567).
     
  2. 2. Can I use the promo offer with my free voice minutes (My Fully Loaded Plan, Legacy Plans, etc.)?
    Yes, the promo will be part of your free voice minutes as long as you use the 232 dialing sequence (for example: for 09171234567, dial 2329171234567).

    But charge is on top your monthly fee. It will not decrease your free voice minutes.
     
  3. 3. How will the charging be for Consumable amount of Globe Postpaid Legacy Plans and My Fully Loaded?

    The P0.15 per second rate will apply for Consumable amount if the subscriber replaces the zero at the beginning of the Globe or TM number they are calling with 232 (for example: for 09171234567, dial 2329171234567).

    If the subscriber uses the standard dialing procedure (no 232), regular voice call rates will apply.
     
  4. 4. If I avail of the promo offer, how will it reflect on my billing statement?

    Your voice usage will be measured in minutes. To illustrate, below are some examples:

    For a 90-second call - 1.50 minutes will appear on your billing statement with a corresponding cost of P13.50
    For a 45-second call - 0.75 minutes will appear on your billing statement with corresponding cost of P6.75
    For 200-second call - 3.33 minutes will appear on your billing statement with corresponding cost of P30.00
