PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    1. What is Super U.S. Direct?

Super U.S. Direct provides registered Globe Prepaid and Postpaid numbers a virtual U.S. landline number, which can be used to receive incoming calls from anywhere in the world. The service will provide the subscriber's U.S. contacts a more affordable calling rate compared to the standard IDD call to the Philippines. On the other hand, non-U.S. numbers who call that virtual U.S. number will be charged their respective standard IDD rates to the U.S.

    2. How does Super U.S. Direct work?

Once a subscriber registers to the promo, he/she will be provisioned a virtual U.S. number within 24 hours. The subscriber will then be able to receive calls to his/her U.S. virtual number. Think of it as a direct hotline number to the Philippines, at local U.S. rates.

Please note that you may not use your Super U.S. Direct number to make outgoing calls or texts. This is designed to receive incoming calls only.

    3. What are the benefits of Super U.S. Direct vs other IDD promos?

Super U.S. Direct is GLOBE TELECOM'S only international offer that allows you to have your own U.S. number, where U.S. contacts can call you at their local U.S. rates instead of having to spend on IDD calls.

This is targeted specifically at Globe Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers who have frequent contacts in the U.S., allowing the U.S. subscriber to be able to save on costs incurred through making IDD calls.

The rate to call a Super U.S. Direct number is also flexible, as it will be solely determined by the U.S. contact's U.S. mobile or landline plan. For example, AT&T subscriber avails of a local unlimited plan; therefore, calling a Super U.S. Direct number can be unlimited because of the plan.
