Mr. Zobel, Filipino, 62, Director since October 1995. He is the President of the Ayala Corporation since 2006 and the Chief Executive Officer since April 2021. He was Chief Operating Officer of Ayala Corporation from April 2006 to April 2021. He holds the following positions in publicly listed companies: Chairman of Ayala Land, Inc., and AC Energy Corporation (formerly AC Energy Philippines, Inc.); and Director of Bank of the Philippine Islands, Manila Water Company, Inc., and Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc.; and Independent Director of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation. Mr. Zobel graduated with B.A. Liberal Arts at Harvard College in 1982 and holds a CIM from INSEAD, France.
