Mr. Zobel, Filipino, 59, Director since October 1995. He has been the President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ayala Corporation. He is the Chairman of AC International Finance Ltd.; Liontide Holdings, Inc.; AC Energy, Inc.; AC Energy Philippines, Inc.; Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc.; Automobile Central Enterprise, Inc.; Alabang Commercial Corporation; Accendo Commercial Corp.; and Hero Foundation, Inc. He is also Co-Chairman of Ayala Foundation, Inc. and Ayala Group Club, Inc. Mr. Zobel holds a liberal arts degree from Harvard College and a CIM from INSEAD, France. He is also Chairman of Habitat for Humanity’s Asia Pacific Capital Campaign Steering Committee and a Member of Philippine-Singapore Business Council, Tikehau International Advisory Board, INSEAD Board, Georgetown University Board, World Presidents’ Organization, and Chief Executives Organization. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Caritas Manila.
