Saint Anne Learning Center of Mandaue, Inc. Embraces New Normal of Online Learning with Globe

The COVID-19 pandemic sparked a shift in today’s academic structure. Over the last few months, educational institutions have begun introducing online versions of regular classes and courses. With online learning becoming the new normal in the educational landscape, the partnership between Saint Anne Learning Center of Mandaue, Inc. (SALCMI) and Globe aims to make this transition easy through Brightspace Learning Management System (LMS).

Under the partnership, SALCMI secured licenses to Brightspace LMS, an online learning platform that promotes continuous communication and collaboration among staff, teachers, and students–all in the safety and comfort of their homes. It supports learning by presenting an environment where materials are organized and stored. The software will also help school staff in their administrative work such as tracking, recording, and even documentation of lesson materials and student marks.

“Our institution is embracing the new normal with the powerful platform powered by Brightspace LMS,” shares Froilan Fabon, Vice President of Academic Affairs of SALCMI. “With the help of Globe and Brightspace LMS, SALCMI can continue providing high-quality education it has been known for.”

Located along JP Rizal Street, North Road, Paknaan, Mandaue City in Cebu, SALCMI offers educational programs for preschool, elementary, and junior high school. Enrollment for the school year 2020-2021 is currently ongoing.
