What is the GlobeOne app?
GlobeOne is your new digital companion and the primary app to manage your accounts.
Please be informed that starting Dec. 12, 2022, old GlobeOne and Globe At Home apps will be unavailable so make sure to download the GlobeOne app.
I am an existing GlobeOne User. How do I log back into the app?
- Open the app and tap Log in.
- Click Log in with email.
- Tap continue to proceed.
- Enter the email address you're currently using for login.
- A verification link will be sent to your email, then click Verify your email to proceed.
- Nominate the mobile number that you want to use for app login.
- Enter the one-time PIN received.
- Setup 6-digit PIN.
- Confirm PIN.
- Agree on the Terms and Conditions.
I updated my GlobeOne app to the latest version, but I am missing my accounts. What can I do?
To retrieve your accounts in case this happens, you may follow the steps below:
- Open the app and tap Log in.
- Click Log in with email.
- Enter the email address you're currently using for login.
- A verification link will be sent to your email, then click Verify your email to proceed.
I am a new user, how can I register to the GlobeOne app?
First, you must download the GlobeOne app via App Store, Play store or Huawei App Gallery.
- Open the app and tap create an account.
- Nominate the number you want to use for the app login.
- Enter the one-time PIN received.
