Celebrate for a Cause at the #GlobeChance Pre-Concert Party
Donate school supplies to benefit underprivileged kids through Aral Pinoy!
Even before the biggest hip hop event in Manila begins, Globe kicks it off with a pre-concert party for Chance the Rapper fans! Get ready for a night of art, music, and style at the #GlobeChance Pre-Concert Party on Friday, August 10 at DULO MNL in Poblacion, Makati City.
Enjoy special music performances by CRWN, Dante & Amigo, Jess Milner, DJ Euric, and Six The Northstar, live art by Jappy Agoncillo, and style photography by Karen Dela Fuente! Plus, get a chance to win official Chance the Rapper merchandise and tickets to the actual concert on August 22 at SM Mall of Asia Arena. Simply register to GoWATCH 99 at the venue for a chance to win!
Not just your ordinary pre-party, this event will actually give everyone a chance to help. Simply bring any of the following school supplies—a pack of Monggol #2 pencils, pencil sharpener, ball pens, erasers, notebooks, pad papers, coloring books in a plastic envelope with handle—to get in the party for free. All donations from the event will benefit Aral Pinoy, an organization dedicated to helping build schools and providing educational assistance, especially in the rural areas of the Philippines. Aral Pinoy is a partner organization of Globe and Disney’s nationwide volunteering program called Time Please. By donating these school essentials to Aral Pinoy, partygoers will be able to live out Chance the Rapper’s advocacy of education and youth empowerment.
It will be Chance’s first tour in Asia and the Philippines. Born Chancelor Jonathan Bennett, Chance the Rapper has released three critically-acclaimed mixtapes: 10 Day, Acid Rap, and Coloring Book. He has won three Grammy Awards in 2017: Best New Artist, Best Rap Performance, and Best Rap Album.
