“We understand how important it is to stay in touch these days so we are slowly opening a few Stores in different parts of the country.  We’re more than excited to give our customers a more personal experience as they go into the stores for their transactions. With this development, we also assure everyone that we are adopting the necessary measures to keep our customers, employees, and partners safe from the COVID-19 virus while inside our facilities,” said Bernard Llamzon, Globe Executive Vice President for Channel Management.

The Stores will handle consumer bill payments, GCash cash in, replacement of lost or defective SIM cards, return and replacement of handsets and other device, selling of prepaid products (SIM cards, call cards, Home Prepaid WiFi, AutoLoadMax, digital connectors, among others),  reconnection of suspended accounts, requests for call unbarring, application for mobile and broadband postpaid services, renewal of postpaid accounts, reactivation of terminated accounts, and change of account ownership.

After-sales concerns will continue to be supported by GlobeOne App,  Globe At Home App, GCash App, TM App, and https://www.globe.com.ph/contact-us.html.

As a precautionary measure, the Stores will strictly adhere to the government health protocols such as physical distancing, disinfection and sanitization of the premises, wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) of all Store personnel, installation of plastic and acrylic boxes at transaction counters, and shortened operating hours.

Globe will also ensure that the Store personnel are provided with transportation and health essentials.
