Globe Statement: Service Restoration (December 9, 2021)
Globe informs mobile customers that calls, messaging, and reloading services are now back to normal.
Earlier this morning, Globe released a service advisory about a disruption that began at 6:13 a.m. Globe Platinum, Postpaid, Prepaid, and TM customers experienced difficulty in making outgoing calls and sending out text messages. For Prepaid customers, including Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi, they experienced difficulty in buying airtime load and doing reloading services.
The issue was resolved at 10:53 a.m., with all affected services restored.
Globe apologizes for this inconvenience and thanks its customers for their understanding.
