Globe has fully restored its voice, text, and internet services in Kalinga.

Customers badly hit by Typhoon Ulysses in the province may now access mobile and data services for their critical communication needs. 

Globe's network operations teams have also been working consecutive shifts and beating bad weather to restore severely affected cell sites, to complete restoration in remaining areas affected by Typhoon Ulysses.

Earlier, the company has restored its full services in all of Batanes, Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, NCR, Ifugao, Metro Manila, Apayao, Bataan, Benguet, La Union, Marinduque, Nueva Vizcaya, Pampanga, Pangasinan, Tarlac and Zambales.
