“Globe is there to assist our fellow Filipinos in times of need. The entire Globe Group has done various ways of helping, from ensuring connectivity to providing life-saving relief goods to families affected by the quake. We have also activated convenient ways for our customers to convert their unused data and Rewards points for donation,” said Yoly Crisanto, Globe’s Chief Sustainability and Corporate Communications Officer.

Globe earlier provided prepaid load to evacuees in Abra in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), and maintained a booth that provided free calls, charging, and WiFi connectivity for residents of Bangued town from hours after the quake until Friday.

The Globe Group has also activated various donation channels to gather support for those affected by the quake and is providing free consultations to quake survivors via KonsultaMD. Globe customers may donate by converting their unused data to Rewards and via GCash.
