How to Join
- This promo is applicable to all existing Globe At Home customers with plans activated on/before November 30, 2022.
- Customers must satisfy all the following criteria to be considered eligible:
- For your raffle entries to be valid for the monthly and grand raffles, you must be registered in glbe.co/GAHBillspay before the raffle draws.Drawing of winners for the monthly raffles will happen after the end of each month. Drawing of winners for the grand raffle will happen after April 30, 2023.
Your Globe At Home bill must be paid in full (No Outstanding Balance after payment) during the promo period.
*Payment via Globe Paybill or the GlobeOne app earns you two raffle entries.
*Payment via any other channel (including Globe AutoPay) earns you one raffle entry.
₱1,000 IKEA Gift Cards and 100 Globe Rewards points will be given to 50 lucky customers for the monthly raffle draw.
Note: Once you win a monthly raffle, you cannot win the next monthly raffles anymore. However, you are still eligible to join the grand raffle.

Terms & Conditions
- Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by Globe.
- Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be replaced with other items/services.
- Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, and SMS, and their names will be posted on the Globe At Home Facebook page.
- A customer can only win the monthly minor raffle once. A customer can also only win the grand prize raffle once.
- During delivery of the prize, winners must present any valid government ID i.e. license or PRC that shows the name of the listed subscriber. If someone else will receive the item on behalf of the winner, this person must present an authorization letter and any valid government ID i.e. license, PRC.
- All employees of Globe, its agencies and merchants, and its employees' relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
I paid my bill/s on time and in full, but did not register in the form before the end of the month. Am I still qualified for the raffle?
No, you won’t be eligible to join the raffles anymore if you fail to register in our form before the raffle draws by the end of each month.
Drawing of winners for the monthly raffles will happen after the end of each month, and drawing of winners for the grand raffle will happen after April 30, 2023.
Note that you must complete the following to be considered for the raffle:
- Register at glbe.co/GAHBillspay until April 30, 2023.
- Pay February, March, and April 2023 bills on time and in full via any payment channels.
Can I earn more raffle entries in a month if I pay more than once or if I use more than one payment channel in a month?
Only your first on-time and full Globe At Home bill payment for the month will be considered when earning raffle entries for the month.
How will I know if I won?
Winners will be contacted via SMS and call by the Globe At Home team regarding their prize.
How many times can I win?
A customer may win the monthly raffles once, but they still have a chance to win the grand raffle. For the grand raffle prize, a customer may win only once.
Why can’t I redeem Rewards in the GlobeOne App?
- Voucher can only be redeemed via the GlobeOne app within the given promo period.
- Ensure that you have good signal reception and data connection before transacting.
- Update your GlobeOne mobile app regularly.
- Make sure to follow and be guided by the Terms and Conditions (i.e. code has expired, code has been fully redeemed, redemption period, limited redemption, offer is for a specific account type).

What happens to items affected by fortuitous events? Is this covered by insurance? What's the duration for replacement?
In the case that items or the box are damaged during transit, there will be no additional cost to Globe At Home. The duration for replacement is one to two days.
The device is broken. How can I have it replaced?
The warranty covers replacement of device if broken only during transit. Globe At Home will deliver the replacement straight to your address.
How do I report if I have concerns with my bill payment ?
- Open your GlobeOne app.
- Select your Globe At Home account.
- Click “My Transactions.”
- Under Bill Statements/Bill Payments, click “Ask for Help.”
- You will be redirected to Globe At Home’s Facebook Messenger, where you can raise a ticket to inquire about the bill payments or the promo.
I paid my bills on time and in full within the promo period. Why did I not receive any raffle entry?
Kindly note that for the monthly raffles, only your first bill payment in the month will be considered for raffle entry.
