GFIBER FLEX PLAN 899 PROMO TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Description


These Special Terms supplement the provisions of the Subscription Agreement (“SA”)** and Terms and Conditions specific to the Globe At Home Plans (“T&C”) (the SA and T&C shall be collectively referred to as “Agreement”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Agreement and these Special Terms, the provisions of these Special Terms shall prevail as to the subject matter herein contained. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement not otherwise inconsistent with these Special Terms shall remain binding and effective.

PLAN

LOCK-UP PERIOD

The default lock-up period for new subscribers (applies to Filipino and non-Filipino subscribers) will be 24 months. No lock-up is not allowed.

ELIGIBILITY

New Globe At Home customers:


  • The plan is open to Filipinos.
  • Non-Filipinos with existing mobile accounts with greater than a seven-month tenure can avail of GFiber Flex Plan 899 offer with lock-up.
  • It is not applicable to an additional account of existing Globe At Home customers except if the following conditions are met by the additional account
    • Should be in a different installation address and is serviceable by Fiber cabinets that offer GFiber Flex Plan 899
    • Should be with a sufficient credit limit
    • Should follow default additional account policies


Serviceable by selected Fiber cabinets:


For customers living in the border of pilot sites, serviceability will be fully dependent on the whitelisted facilities, not the address of customers.

There is no landline included.

DEVICE ADD-ON

This is not applicable.

INSTALLATION FEE

This is  worth Two Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (₱2,400) to be paid via installments over 12 months.

UPFRONT PAYMENT

This is 2 Monthly Service Fees.

MODEM FEE

There is none.

PRE-TERMINATION FEE

This is Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₱4,500) + 2 Monthly Service Fees + balance on any amortization.

INSTALLATION

Installations made on the same day of submission of application forms to direct sales agents are temporary in nature and subject to the conduct of full verification of the required supporting documents. Should the subscriber fail to provide the necessary supporting documents within the prescribed period, the account will be terminated and the upfront payment paid by the subscriber shall be refunded upon return of the installed modem to the Globe store.
