STEP 1: Type 192.168.254.254 on your web browser.
STEP 2: Log in with the credentials on your modem.
STEP 3: Select WLAN or WiFi and choose 2.4 GHZ or 5 GHZ.
STEP 4: Modify SSID and password as desired.
STEP 5: Save changes and restart the modem.
STEP 1: Open your GlobeOne app, tap “More”, and then tap “Help”.
STEP 2: Tap “Make account changes”. Tap “Okay” to proceed.
STEP 3: You will be directed to Facebook Messenger to talk to Gie of Globe. Gie will guide you on how to proceed.

Request for a Transfer of Ownership in two ways:
STEP 1: Visit the Globe store nearest you or do it online by filling out the Transfer of Ownership form.
STEP 2: Enter details about the transferor/current owner and transferee/new owner.
STEP 3: Attach the required documents such as proof of identification and consent form.
Note: If you’re downloading the consent form online, please choose just one page to fill out depending on your preferred payment arrangement.
STEP 4: Submit the form.
Wait for us to contact you within 48 hours for confirmation.
