Are you experiencing slower connections? If your speed is normal but loading websites takes a while, you might be experiencing high traffic in your bandwidth caused by heavy bandwidth-consuming activities such as frequent file sharing or large file downloading.
Refrain from over utilizing the applications or programs with high network usage.
Make sure that these applications don’t automatically open as default.
Make sure that these applications don’t continuously run in the background by disabling/closing these applications after use.

Go to “Applications.”
Select “Utilities,” and choose “Activity Monitor.”
Launch the Activity Monitor app.

Press the Ctrl+Alt+Del keys at the same time and select “Start Task Manager” on the screen that appears.
On the Task Manager, click the “Performance” tab.
Click the “Resource Monitor button” or “Open Resource Monitor link,” depending on your version of Windows.
Know Which Application Uses Most of Your Android Phone Resources
Start the Settings app and tap "Network & Internet."
Tap "Data Usage."
On the Data usage page, tap "View Details."
You should now be able to scroll through a list of all the apps on your phone, and see how much data each one is using. You can change the time period using the date control at the top of the page and see more details about data usage by tapping on a specific app.
