Globe At Home Bill Payment Promo: ₱100 Lazada Gift Card

• This promo is applicable to select existing Globe At Home Postpaid customers with plans activated on/before November 30, 2022 that will pay their bill for the first time via the GlobeOne app.
• Customers must satisfy all the following criteria to be considered eligible:
  • The Globe At Home bill must be paid in full (0 Outstanding Balance after payment) via the GlobeOne bills payment feature.
  • Bill must be paid within the promo period only.
  • This promo is NOT applicable to subscribers who have paid their Globe At Home bill using the GlobeOne app for previous bills of the same account.
• Multiple payments for the same account will only be considered as one entry to the promo.
• A ₱100 Lazada gift card will be credited to those who will perform the above-mentioned criteria. Gift card codes will be sent via SMS to the mobile number associated with the customer's Globe At Home account.
  
• Gift card codes are for one-time seeding only and will be sent five to nine business days after bill payment is posted.

The promo runs from December 15, 2022 to February 22, 2023.

Are there individuals who are not eligible to join?

This promo is NOT applicable to customers who don’t have the GlobeOne app and customers who have paid their Globe At Home bill using the GlobeOne app for previous bills of the same account.

What if I paid my bill on time and in full in the GlobeOne app, but I didn't receive the Lazada gift card code via SMS? Or what if I have an issue with my Lazada gift card?

• Open your GlobeOne app.
• Select your Globe At Home account.
• Click My Transactions.
• Under Bill Statements /Bill Payments, click “Ask for Help."
• You'll be redirected to Globe At Home’s Facebook Messenger, where you can raise a ticket to inquire about the reward.

I don’t know yet how to redeem my Lazada gift card code. Where can I learn how to redeem it?

When and how will I receive my Lazada gift cards?

The Lazada gift cards will be sent via SMS to the mobile number registered to your Globe At Home account around five to nine business days from the date of payment posting.

Until when is my Lazada gift card code valid for redemption?

For those who availed the promo from December 15, 2022 until January 11, 2023, your Lazada gift card code is valid for redemption until February 15, 2023 only.

For those who availed the promo from January 12, 2023 until February 22, 2023, your Lazada gift card code is valid for redemption until March 31, 2023 only.

Will I be eligible for multiple seeding of the P100 Lazada voucher if I pay my Globe At Home bill multiple times?

The ₱100 Lazada gift card is a one-time reward per Globe At Home account.

Is there a minimum payment amount for the Globe At Home bill I have to pay for via the GlobeOne app?

There's no minimum payment amount. As long as your Globe At Home account’s outstanding balance after payment made via the GlobeOne app is 0, you're eligible for the promo reward.
