As part of our way of bringing care closer to home, we’ve opened different Alagang Globe Viber Communities around the country. These communities serve as a dedicated channel of support for our customers with Globe At Home concerns.

Who can join this community?

These Alagang Globe Viber Communities are open to customers that have a Globe At Home plan installed, or a Prepaid Home WiFi that is being used in an area supported by a Viber Community.


While our Alagang Globe Viber Communities are currently only available to Globe At Home customers in select areas, watch out as we continue to expand to other places. We may be opening one near you soon!
