As we continue the shift to contactless bill deliveries and payments, we want to ensure that you will be able to easily pay bills for your corporate and business accounts. Effective May 1, 2021, Globe stores will no longer be accepting corporate and business payments. All payments will be through direct bank deposit, wire transfer, credit card, and online bill payment channels. Check out this easy-to-follow guide on how to do so.
Bill Payments Made Easy
Go digital and simplify your bill payments in just three easy steps.
Settle Your Bill
Bill payment for your corporate and business accounts is now made easy through wire transfer, online payment, or over-the-counter (OTC) deposits.
Please get in touch with your dedicated Account Manager or Globe collections partner for the Globe bank account details. Alternatively, you may fill out the inquiry form, so we can assist you.
Please note that we use different banks for peso and dollar payments. Move funds from your account to our Standard Chartered (for PHP) or JP Morgan (for USD) accounts simply by coordinating with your bank.
For PHP to PHP transfers
Settle your bills contact-free. We accept payments to our Bank of The Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro Universal Bank (BDO), and Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company (MBTC) accounts.
For over-the-counter cash or check payments
If it is more advantageous to pay your bills the traditional way, you may visit any BPI or BDO brand for your payments.
Please address check payments to:
“Globe Telecom, Inc.” for Globe accounts
“Innove Communications, Inc.” for Innove accounts
“Bayan Telecommunications, Inc.” for Bayan accounts
NOTE: Steps below are based on the latest bank processes as of April 1, 2021. For branches that have updated forms and processes, kindly approach the bank personnel for assistance.
