1. Pre-selected Wireless, Wireline & MSS accounts with more than three overdue bills are eligible for the offer.
2. Accounts in current status or with two overdue bills during the program period are excluded from the offer.
3. All Super Home Phone or Wireless Landline accounts are excluded from the offer.
4. Accounts that are already enrolled or will avail the Installment Payment Program are not qualified for the offer.
5. Accounts that previously requested for Subscriber Initiated Temporary Disconnection are not eligible for this offer.

• Offer is valid until May 16, 2022.
• Eligible customers will receive an SMS or Email blast or a call from a Collections Agent about the offer. 
• Full payment of outstanding balance should be made on or before May 31, 2022.
• Staggered payment is allowed, however total payment for the full outstanding balance should be completed on or before May 16, 2022, otherwise it will be considered as partial payment and not valid to receive a GCash Cash Back. 
• Only accounts deemed to be qualified after end of promo full-payment verification shall be entitled to receive the GCash Cash Back reward.
• Above cash back rewards are on a per account basis, if multiple eligible accounts are paid in full, customers will also receive multiple rewards.

What is this offer about?

This is an exclusive offer for select and eligible SG accounts that have 2 to 4 outstanding bills overdue as of April 13, 2022. Full payments made on or before May 16, 2022 will receive a corresponding GCash Cash Back based on subscribed product and number of lines.

Who can avail of this offer?

Pre-identified SG customers who are recipients of the SMS and email blast are eligible to this offer. Non-recipients of the SMS and email are not eligible for this offer.

How can I avail of this offer?

Please settle/pay in full the total outstanding balance reflected in the sms and/or email that you received on or before May 16, 2022. Once payment has been posted and verified from our end that you made a full payment based on the required amount and by the required date, you are qualified to receive the cash back.

Until when is the validity of this offer?

This offer is valid only for full payments made on or before May 16, 2022. Payments after the said date are no longer eligible to receive cash back.

How will I receive the offer?

• For the SMS blast recipients, upon full payment posting and verification the GCash Cash Back credits will be seeded on the mobile number on May 31, 2022.
• For the email blast recipients, upon full payment posting and verification the GCash Cash Back credits will be seeded on the nominated mobile number of the company's authorized representative.

When will I get the offer?

The GCash Cash Back will be seeded on May 31, 2022.

I have multiple accounts in Globe, is the offer on a per account or per company level?

If you have multiple accounts, only those accounts that were emailed to you are eligible. If you have multiple eligible accounts that you paid in full within the prescribed period, that will earn you multiple cash backs also.

When will my payment be posted?

Payment will be posted within 7 business days. But your qualification to the promo will be based on the payment date and not the posting date.

How do I use the GCash Cash Back?

If you do not yet have an existing GCash account, please download the App and register your mobile number. Upon seeding of the GCash Cash Back you will receive an SMS from GCash, after which you can simply use the seeded amount. You may use it to pay your next bill or other utilities.

Can I pay in staggered payments until the payment due date?

Yes, however you should be able to complete your full payment on or before May 16, 2022 otherwise the partial payments you've made will not be eligible to the offer.

Will I still qualify if I am currently enrolled in the Installment Payment Program?

If you have already enrolled in Globe's Installment Payment Program, you are no longer eligible for this offer. Cancellation of IPP enrollment is not allowed.

How will I know if the payment I made is qualified to receive the offer?

As long as the total payment you've made within May 16, 2022 is equal to the amount of total outstanding balance reflected in the SMS/Email sent to you, you are qualified to receive the offer. 

What if I cannot pay the full amount of my outstanding balance within the prescribed date?

Partial payment will not be eligible to receive the cash back offer. You may avail of the Globe Installment Payment Program for a lighter payment option.

I didn't receive any SMS or email about this offer, can I still avail it?

This offer is exclusive only to the sms and email recipients, however you may enroll in the Installment Payment Program.
