What to do when the modem did not start when I turned on the power button?
Step 1: Check if the power adapter is well connected to a 200v outlet. You can re-plug the power adapter.
Step 2: Turn-on the modem by pressing the power button. Wait for a while, the blue light on the Prepaid Wifi Modem appears after 1 to 2 mins.

How to Register Your Globe Prepaid Internet Kit SIM
For new and existing customers, simply follow the steps below:
Step 1. Go to new.globe.com.ph/simreg and input your Prepaid Internet Kit SIM number to get your One-Time Password (OTP)
Step 2. To access your OTP, make sure you are connected to your Prepaid Internet Kit WiFi. Then, go to your modem dashboard via globebroadband.net
Step 3. Log in to your modem dashboard using the credentials found at the back or bottom of your modem
Step 4. Click the SMS tab of your modem dashboard to get your OTP
Step 5. Go back to the SIM registration site to input your OTP. Provide your information and a government ID
Step 6. Click “Submit” and take note of your registration reference number
Note: Only persons aged 18 or above may register. Parents and legal guardians should register on behalf of minors.
How to get your One-Time Password (OTP):
Step 1. Make sure that you’re connected to the Prepaid WiFi network.
Step 2. Go to your modem dashboard via www.globebroadband.net.
Step 3. Log in by providing the user and password information found at the back or bottom of your modem.
Step 4. Get your OTP in the modem SMS inbox.
