EBILLS CHANNELS

Easily receive or access your Globe myBusiness mobile or broadband plan bills by following these steps.

To Receive Bills

Step 1: Update your enrolled email address by filling out this form. This is important to make sure your bills are sent to the correct email address.

Step 2: Opt to receive your company bills in bulk with a Gmail address that’s linked to a Google Drive. If you’re the company representative authorized to view your company’s bills, a billing summary will be sent either to your registered email address or via Google Drive only.

For Mobile Subscribers

Manage all your accounts and records via the easy-to-use GlobeOne app. Register now to avoid lining up in-store or talking to a customer service representative.

Step 1: Download the app to your mobile smartphone from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2: Connect your email or Facebook account.

Step 3: Choose a 6-digit PIN for your transactions.

Step 4: Register your Globe myBusiness account number or primary Globe phone number.

Step 5: Enter the one-time PIN (OTP) that’ll be sent to your registered number.

Step 6: You’re now connected and can use the app.


For Broadband Subscribers

Request for a copy of your bill simply by chatting with us on our website between 9 AM to 6 PM every Monday to Friday.


EPAYMENT CHANNELS

Pay for your Globe myBusiness mobile or broadband plan bills on time.

Via Online Banking

If you have an online account with any of our partner banks, use their payment services feature to pay for your postpaid or broadband bill.

Follow these steps to pay your bill via online banking.

Step 1: Open an online account.

  • Visit your bank’s online banking website.
  • Sign up for an online account for your accounts that you want to enroll.
  • Provide the required details such as your account number, account name, gender, birthday, email address, and mobile number.
  • Activate the account in any of your bank’s ATM machines.

Step 2: Enroll your Globe bill using your bank account number.

  • On your bank’s online banking app or website, go to the enrollment tab and choose a company or biller to enroll.
  • Provide the following details at the registration page:
    • Company or biller’s name as indicated on your bill.
    • Subscriber or reference number, which is your Globe account number located on the upper right corner of the bill.
    • Subscriber name, which is your Globe account name.

Step 3: After enrolling your Globe account, go to bills payment on your bank’s online banking app or website and pay.


Payment posting from the date of payment is completed within 24 hours. Your next billing statement will reflect your payment. For postpaid accounts, you can also check and view your official receipt on the GlobeOne app after 24 hours.

Via Globe myBusiness Online Payment Portal

Pay your Globe myBusiness bills using GCash or credit and debit cards through the Globe myBusiness Online Payment Portal. It gives you the flexibility to pay in bulk or for individual accounts. Best of all, it is posted in near real-time.

Step 1: Go to globe.com.ph/paybillcorp.

Step 2: Enter your primary (mobile/landline) number or account number.

Step 3: Enter the amount to pay.

Step 4: Choose a payment option: GCash, credit card, or debit card.

Step 5: Add your email to receive your official receipt.

Via Wire Transfer

Step 1: Contact your bank to request a wire transfer to Globe’s depository accounts at:

Step 2: Different banks will have their own set of requirements. You may be directed to their online banking platform to do wire transfer. Banks will ask you to provide the recipient’s name, bank account number, and amount to be transferred. Refer to the table above for Globe’s account details.

Step 3: Once the payment goes through, email [email protected] to send the payment breakdown. Indicate the payment amount you are allocating for each account if you’re paying for multiple accounts.


Payment posting is 1 to 5 business days. You will be issued a soft copy of your official receipt upon request. This feature is available for Globe Postpaid, Broadband, Innove, and Bayan accounts.
