Terms and Conditions for GoCanvas
- General Terms
- Customer shall assign an internal ‘Administrator’ as single point of contact SPOC. The administrator shall be the single source of communications for matters concerning
- the access privileges of users
- the management of user groups
- the assignment of forms to users
- the management of forms and their versions
- requests for additional user accounts

- Applicable Taxes
In addition to the Charges, the applicable VAT and other applicable taxes shall be imposed on Customer. - Validity of Offer
This offer shall be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of this proposal. Thus, rates quoted are subject to change after the 30-day period. - Application for the Service
Globe Telecom shall process Customer’s application for Service only if the following are provided.- Signed copy of the Order Form
- All required credit documentation
- Payment of all fees and charges, including advances and deposits if required by Globe Telecom, and
- Such other documents as may be required by Globe Telecom
- Acceptance of the Service
Upon activation of the Globe GoCanvas account, the user access rights will be sent over by email confirmation. Within seven (7) days, the Customer shall accept or require Globe Telecom to re-confirm the account.
If the Customer does not notify Globe Telecom that within seven (7) days, the account shall be deemed accepted and Globe Telecom will commence billing after seven (7) days. If the Customer rejects the account in the absence of any defect therein, Globe Telecom will cancel the order and deactivate the account. The cancellation charges in Section 7 hereof shall then apply. - Payment Terms
Billing for Subscription Services shall commence upon acceptance of the Service, or seven (7) days after turnover as stated in Section 4. Payment shall be made within twenty-one (21) days from invoice date.
Billing for Implementation Services shall be made through progressive billing per milestone acceptance. - Contract Period
Contract term is for twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance. Thereafter, this Agreement shall be renewed automatically every year thereafter, under the same terms and conditions, provided that neither party has given a thirty (30) day notice of termination prior to the expiry of the Agreement. - Cancellation of Order
In case of cancellation of order: When customization works have been started before turnover of the account, the Customer shall pay for any charges quoted or the actual charges incurred during the implementation, whichever is higher. If the account is rejected by Customer in the absence of any defect, Customer shall pay the cancellation charges consisting of the following:- Implementation Charges quoted or actual expenses incurred (whichever is higher),
- One month’s bill of the Service, and
- Termination of Contract
If the Customer decides to pre-terminate the contract before its expiration, Customer shall pay Globe Telecom pre-termination charges as follows:- 100% of charges for the remaining term of the Agreement if pre-terminated within the first year
- 100% of the remaining term of the Agreement for bundled equipment provided by Globe Telecom
- In addition, the cost for dismantling or disconnecting the Service shall be on the account of the Customer, if applicable.
- Customer is required to provide a written notice of termination/pre-termination thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of disconnection. Customer shall be liable to pay the recurring charges until the effective date of disconnection regardless of usage.
