Can anyone from Globe Business help me regarding this

I requested transfer of ownership from personal to business, on Feb. 27 they converted my plan to my MyLifeStyle Plan 499 and promise me to proceed with the transfer of ownership and business plan convertion the next day. But since then, hindi na sila nagrereply sa email ko. Paki tulungan naman ko, attached to screenshot ng email nila.
