Globe At Home - Resend Billing Statement and Download OR

I've been contacting Globe via Facebook at Twitter since last month, requesting my billing statements and official receipts to be sent. I still got no response until now. Globe At Home app for my home internet does not have this feature unlike GlobeOne app. I tried calling their hotline but no customer representatives are available. 

Should I need to go to Globe stores just to request these?

    No one is answering in any of your digital channels. It's pointless. I also cannot go to the globe stores right now because of my pregnancy. I just need my billing statements and OR to be sent to my email address. I've been trying to contact you since February 6. Could anyone help please??

    Did you book for an agent on the second link that I've provided? You can schedule an agent appointment there.
