GLOBE VERIFICATION CODE, NOT SENDING ON MY E-MAIL. WHAT TO DO?

I recently migrated from DSL to FIBER, and I'm trying to input my new landline/account number to my globeone account. But whenever it sends a verification code to my e-mail. I'm not receiving anything. And I need that on my globe one app so I can monitor my account.

    Hi Banra! I even tried using the support options on GlobeOne App, e-mailing them, chatting them on GlobeAtHome Messenger. And yet still no reply. I'll try to go to the store if I can. Let me know if you figured out yours!

    UPDATE:

    I already went to the globe store and used the virtual pod support, It's all good now. I can now receive my cerification code.

    Can you share wih us what they did to resolve the issue?

    Hi kenofglobe, they asked me what my e-mail address is, then cross-checked their system if its correct. Turns out what they have is wrong, then they changed it and after 24hrs. I can now receive my verification code.
