HELP!!!

I have an outstanding balance that was due on Feb. 16. I paid that balance on Feb. 22 via the Gcash app. I've received confirmation from both Gcash and Globe via sms and email that the transaction was successful. Now upon checking the Globe app, I see that I have an outstanding balance that is due on Feb 16. I just wanna know if this is an app glitch or do I need to worry about this? I don't wanna pay twice for a month of service because that is obviously not right.
