Plan Upgrade not yet applied / Pending for 2 weeks / Globe Fiber

Hi, we got a pending upgrade for the new 70mbps plan. The plan is already applied at the globeathome app 2 weeks ago but the speed is not yet reflected. We've checked the account services and it's still at pending status even though it has been applied at the app. How long does the upgrade usually done? The app notif advices that it should be done within 24-48 hours but it's been 2 weeks since the upgrade request. Our area supports up to 150mbps since when I ran speedtests, it jumps to 150+ upload/download then toggles back to our registered speed. Thanks for the help.

Globe at home messenger can't seem to answer my concern and it's been a frustrating week.
