EXPIRED SIM NUMBER

Can you please help me, I received a reminder from GLOBE on 22 Feb that my balance is expiring on 1st of March 2022, which i failed to noticed. On 7th March I found out that my number isn't getting any OTP msg from my bank. I am based in BAHRAIN and the number is really important because it's connected to all my bank in the Philippines.

Can you please HELP me, if reactivating the SIM is not possible, Is it possible to RETAIN the number by switching to POSTPAID?

In  your  Globe's Terms & Condition, it was mentioned 4 months before the SIM card is deactivated, but now which is only 8th of March 2022, I can't RELOAD the number and the number is already INVALID.

PLEASE HELP ME.

    If your SIM didn't receive any load for the past 60 days, it will be automatically expire, and we can't reactivate it anymore.

    Hello Ken, I have the same issue as well. The message was on the 12th Mar and I failed to noticed it until yesterday 16th Mar. Maybe there is a solution for this? As an OFW, we really badly needed that sim number. Some of us attached that to our bank accounts in Philippines. I mean what's the use of this forums if you can't really assist us.

    So sorry, Rove but once the SIM has expired, we cannot reactivate it anymore. The next best thing is to purchase a new SIM.

    How long does a Globe Sim expires? You should load at least how long? 6 months?
