    Sorry for the late reply. May I ask when was the last time you reload your SIM? If a SIM doesn't receive any load within 60 days, it will be subject for expiration.

    So how do I get it reactivated? It is really imperative that I have this sim open and active as it is the one registered with my bank. I noticed that there are a lot of us experiencing this. Is there no way or next step you can offer us aside from telling us that our sims are deactivated??

    Like, "oh yeah your sim may be deactivated, what you can do to reactivate is this..."

    And you guys for sure CAN reactivate a number.

    I have the same problem. Few days ago, I still receiving some sms in my roaming number but since late last week, I cannot receive any even the OTP when I do online payment. I tried to check all possible Globe contacts but nothing. It is really troublesome. I loaded and tried but still the same. It shows in Globe One that my sim is still active, I can see the load has been added when I login at Globe One but my I still cannot receive any sms even I have full signal and active simcard. I can't even access balance inquiry through call and sms.

    Coming from the comment I've made about this thread, we can no longer reactivate an expired SIM. Once it's expired, there's no reactivation. Please make sure that your SIM has a load. Any SIM with no load for beyond 60 days, will be automatically deactivated.

    @kenofglobe

    My sim is still active before I added load into it, it is not zero balance as well. Before I load, it is still valid until Aug 2021 then after I loaded, it is valid until Jan 2022. My signal for my roaming is full but the problem is I don't receive messages or call. I also cannot make any call even to check the balance.

    I have the same problem, no roaming signal in Singapore. Please Globe, check the issue. There is no problem in the device, sim card, and load. Please check on your side.

    My friend had this, I manually instructed him to go to 3G or 2G, then manually select a supported provider.

    @lucasincebu, I am not sure if it will also solve your problem but it works with me. As I noticed that the network provider has been changed from Singtel to Starhub recently (my set-up is auto), I did changed my settings to manual and changed the network back to Singtel. This morning, the signal shows the R symbol back and I able to check the balance. I successfully received the OTP when I do online payment too. You can consider doing the same. 😊

    Mcp

    The same what happened to me. I was able to receive texts and OTP's until sometime in December of 2020. I am in Canada and I cannot get a roaming signal. I already tried switching to manual selection of the carrier but there's still no signal to all their partner carrier. My load was still more than 400+ pesos and I even added some 300 pesos. I can still access my globe one account and my load is still there but I just done a roaming signal.

    And also according to my research, that if you load 300 and up then the load becomes 1 year instead of 60 days? I'm sure it's the globe telecom's linking partners problem. Please fix it, please. I cannot received OTP's because of it.
