It's been 8 days and my order is still not delivered

I tried contacting every number. Too difficult to get hold of customer service. Can't get immediate support when you call 211, Doesnt even have an option that can actually help me. I even sent some emails to the email address that facebook page give they said that I should contact them about my issues [email protected][email protected][email protected] Please help about this I spent a lot of money on this I don't want that to happen please.
