Requests for Globe Postpaid and Platinum mobile accounts may be raised via the ACCOUNT REQUESTS section of the GlobeOne app, or by calling 211 toll-free on the Globe mobile and choose the option for the Financial Care program.

This program is subject to the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement. I shall strictly comply and abide by the Terms and Conditions and any future amendments of the Program and Subscription Agreement.
