For our customers subjected to Fair Use Policy, network management control measures will be implemented to give all Globe customers the opportunity to enjoy our network.

How to Manage and Monitor Data Balance
Via GlobeOne App:
Download the GlobeOne app via App Store or Google Play.
Once logged in, go to Dashboard.
Click View Details.
Text DATA BAL to 8080.
Wait for a message which contains your data balance.
