Promo Mechanics
- All Globe customers aged 18 years old and above, currently residing in the Philippines, are eligible to join the raffle provided that they have enough Globe Rewards points required to enter the raffle.
- Customers are required to download the GlobeOne app on Google Play Store or Apple Store.
- Once downloaded, the customer should open the GlobeOne app and tap “Redeem Rewards” on the homepage to access the Rewards catalog.
- Within the catalog, customers should select the desired raffle category they wish to participate in and click on it.
- Upon clicking, customers will see a description of the chosen raffle category. They should then click on the “Redeem” button.
- If the customer has the required points, they will receive a confirmation message indicating the successful redemption.
- Subsequently, the customers will receive a message from 4438 containing the following information:
- Confirmation of their raffle entries
- A link to the registration portal, where they need to register to validate their raffle entries
- A code for their discount at 0917 Lifestyle
- Customers should proceed to Globe’s registration portal to complete and submit the necessary form to validate their raffle entries. Upon submission, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer to acknowledge the receipt of their form. Customers only need to fill out the form once.
