Josie And The Pussycats

 

Original: Comic, published by Archie Comics

Live action adaptation: Starring Rachel Leigh Cook, Tara Reid and Rosario Dawson, directed by Harry Elfont and Deborah Kaplan

 

Didn’t do that well in the box office, but it’s a still a fun watch for the generation that grew up with Josie, Valeria and Melody.

 

 

Doom

 

Original: Video game, published by GT Interactive

Live action adaptation: Staring Karl Urban, Dwayne Johnson and Rosamund Pike, directed by Andrzej Bartkowiak


Another film that is widely considered a box office bomb, but that does not always mean a flop, as Urban, Johnson and Pike will prove.

 

 

Riverdale

A bit of a surprise, but it’s welcoming to see Archie and the gang stir up some trouble and drama in a darker and more modern Riverdale. Catch it on Netflix.

 

 

Ghost In The Shell

A little controversial with the casting, but Scarlett Johansson has a history of making action movies that are both endearing and exciting.

 

 

 

Beauty And The Beast

Live action adaptation: Staring Emma Watson and Dan Stevens, directed by Bill Condon


Catch Emma Watson in a role that was almost tailor made for her. Beauty and the Beast debuts on March 16, 2017.

Whether or not you watched Samurai X growing up, this action-packed film is sure to grab your attention and have you wanting more.
