South Korea’s Ultimate Charmer to meet his Filipino fans in 2023
Are you on #TeamGoodBoy? If you fell in love with his charming character on the hit Korean drama Start-Up, your hearts will flutter for sure over the latest news: South Korean actor Kim Seon-ho is set to visit the Philippines next year as he hosts his very first fan meeting.
The event titled 2023 Kim Seon Ho Asian Tour in Manila <One, Two, Three. Smile> will be held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on January 22, 2023. Per an announcement posted by PULP Live World, ticket selling will begin on December 4, 2022, at 12 noon, via SM Tickets.
Fans, get ready. Ticket prices and purchasing guidelines will be announced soon on the SM Tickets website and across social media.
Kim Seon-ho, 36, made his acting debut in 2017 when he starred in the K-drama series Good Manager. He rose to fame playing the role of Han Ji-pyeong in the Start-Up, where his performance earned him a nomination for the Baeksang Arts Award for Best Supporting Actor – Television.
Seon-ho is also known for his lead role as Hong Du Sik in the series Hometown Cha-cha-cha. In 2021, this show became one of the highest-rated television series in Korean cable history; thanks to this, he was selected as Gallup Korea’s Television Actor of the Year for his portrayal of Chief Hong.
K-Drama fans should look forward to Kim Seon-ho’s return to the big screen, too, through the upcoming film Sad Tropics. This is a story of a Filipino-Korean boy who aspires to become a boxer, traveling to South Korea to find his father.
