5 Movies We Can’t Wait to See in April

It’s a great month for movies! Grab your family,  your friends and the popcorn

From the folks at Marvel to the one-man powerhouse that is Jordan Peele, it seems every premiere week in March included a movie that became the talk of the town. If we’re being honest, we’re still on a Captain Marvel and Us-induced high—and would head back to cinemas to catch these movies again if we could.

Some great news for cinephiles now: April is looking like just as great a month to catch movies at the cinemas. For local film fans, Last Fool Show (starring Arci Munoz and JM de Guzman) and Stranded (starring Jessy Mendiola and Arjo Atayde) are coming right up. It’s a good month for the drama-biography genre, too, with The Best of Enemies (Taraji P. Henson and Sam Rockwell) and Breakthrough (Josh Lucas, Mike Colter and Topher Grace) out on April 5 and 10, respectively.

Grab your family, grab your friends, grab the popcorn! Here are other reasons to make your way over to cinemas in April:
