Coming off the success of Fantastic Mister Fox, Wes Anderson is back with another stunning stop-motion film in the form of Isle of Dogs. Set in futuristic Japan, all dogs are sent to an isolated island as a strange epidemic is spread by canines.

A young boy flies into the island in order to find his pet, Spots. There, he finds a group of five dogs, Chief, Rex, Boss, Duke and King, each of who swear to protect him from the Japanese authorities who have come to retrieve him.

Avengers: Infinity War

Solo: A Star Wars Story

Themed as a space Western, the film will tell the story of a young Han Solo, a rogue smuggler who eventually meets Obi-Wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker. In on the ride are a young Lando Calrissian and Chewbacca.

Deadpool 2

“Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade Wilson must battle ninjas, the yakuza and a pack of sexually aggressive canines,” the official synopsis of Deadpool 2 reads. “He journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship and flavor—finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World’s Best Lover.”

Now, that doesn’t sound like the legitimate synopsis, but with Ryan Reynolds starring as the funny and foul-mouthed mercenary, there really are no bounds.

Honestly, we cannot wait to see Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter and Awkwafina share the big screen with each other.

The Incredibles 2

The Incredibles and Frozone must then team up once again to save the face of humanity as a new villain, The Underminer, unveils his sinister plot. 

Boy Erased

While it’s flying under the radar, Boy Erased is actually a star-studded film with a powerful and eye-opening story. The film stars Lucas Hedges, Russel Crowe, Nicole Kidman and Joel Edgerton, who is also the director and screenplay writer.

The story follows Gerrard, a son of a Baptist pastor who is outed to his parents when he’s 19. In order to avoid further conflict with his family, friends and church, he agrees to attend a gay conversion therapy program. It is in the program, however, where he comes into conflict with his therapist.

Bohemian Rhapsody

The music of Queen and the voice of one Freddie Mercury will echo through the years in loud and melodious tunes. And this time next year, their lives will be all anyone can talk about.

Bohemian Rhapsody is a biographical drama film that falls under a 15-year period, from the formation of the iconic band up to their performance at Live Aid in 1985, just six years before Mercury’s death.

Mary Poppins Returns

It’s been a long-time coming, but we’re finally going to see more of our favorite fictional nanny, Mary Poppins. The role, which Emily Blunt is taking from Julie Andrews, is as iconic as it is colorful.

In the film, which is set in during the era of the UK’s Great Depression in 1935, the grownup Jane and Michael Banks are visited by their childhood nanny—and not too late either. Following the death of his wife, Michael must take care of his three children, Annabel, Georgie and John, as be himself feels numb and joyless.
