Spotify Playlists To Get You Moving
Whether you need a pick-me-up or you’re doing cardio
Sometimes our own playlists can get boring. Even chart-topping hits can get tiring to listen to. But thanks to Spotify, we now have access to all sorts of playlists tailor-fit according to genre, mood and new releases. And because Mondays and most weekdays (except for Friday!) can feel a little sluggish, here are some of the playlists you can listen to, to get through rush hour traffic, sleepy afternoons or an after-work cardio session.
Dance Workout
From recent hits like Ed Sheeran’s Shape Of You to Pharrell’s shoulder-shimmying Come Get It Bae to 2000s club favorite Gasolina, the Dance Workout playlist will surely get you off that office chair and on your feet.
Cardio
For some mild to moderate electro pop music that you can listen to while in the car or doing cardio, this is the playlist for you. Listen to Zara Larsson’s So Good, Coleman Hell’s Devotion and Nevada’s The Mack for some seriously feel-good vibes.
HIIT-Pop
Need your dose of high intensity pop music? Follow HIIT-Pop to get a mix of all sorts of pop, from upbeat to downtempo, mainstream to indie. Think: Kygo x Ellie Goulding’s First Time, Imagine Dragons’ Believer and Drake’s Get It Together.
Motivation Mix
Feeling uninspired, demotivated or even a little burned out? We have days like that, too. But we found that there’s nothing good music can’t solve. So put the Motivation mix on repeat to get you back on track. Sweet & Sour’s I’m On Fire, Kanye West’s POWER and Martin Jensen’s Solo Dance will fast become favorites.
