Star Wars Rebels is a cartoon that falls somewhere between episodes 3 and 4 of the original series. However, it does not take an expert to appreciate it as it can stand on its own. This is why it’s the perfect avenue to make a connection with the younger generation and pass on the (healthy) obsession. But while the kids get excited about the new cartoon, you can enjoy the various connections that are made in the bigger Star Wars Universe.
For example, Star Wars Rebels: Ghosts Of Geonosis made a specific connection to Rogue One last month via the introduction of Saw Gerrera. There are several Star Wars games available on mobile, but EA’s most successful one is Star Wars: Galaxy Of Heroes. The game developer claimed that an average of 155 minutes are played on the app daily and it’s relatively simple, too. It’s a turn-based battle card game, wherein players need to collect character cards in order to make their teams stronger. And there’s a mode that allows you to go against another player—perfect for those slower nights.
