TV Series With Hot Guys And Girls
Just because. You’re welcome people
Matt Smith as Prince Philip
English actor Matt Smith is best known for his work in sci-fi series Doctor Who. But while we all loved Smith as the gawky but surprisingly charming and sexy doctor, he cleans up well as Prince Philip in the Netflix Original, The Crown. More than his atypical handsomeness and that British accent, what makes Smith so sexy is his convincing portrayal of any character he takes on—especially that of Prince Philip.
Mike Colter as Luke Cage
We’ve seen Mike Colter in many a good series, like The Good Wife, but his brute hotness was revealed and immortalized in our minds as the bulletproof superhero with unbreakable skin, Luke Cage. And what, he’s 40? Mind. Blown.
Zulay Henao as DEA Agent Rosa Bolivar
Zulay Henao is a Colombian-American actress, whom you might remember from movies, like Hostel: Part 3 and The Single Moms Club. This year, she takes on the role of DEA Agent Rosa Bolivar in the Netflix Original movie, True Memoirs of An International Assassin. Quite a fitting role for the sultry actress who served in the US Army for three years (which could explain those super toned arms).
Charlie Cox as Daredevil
Another English actor makes it to the list, Charlie Cox, who plays Daredevil in the Marvel series of the same name. Cox’s remarkable portrayal of the blind superhero was praised by many and earned him a Helen Keller Award Achievement by the American Foundation for the Blind. His acting skills aside, Cox taking his shirt off in the series is also worth watching. You know, for days when you just need some eye candy in your life.
Caitriona Balfe as Claire Beauchamp
If you have not seen Catriona Balfe in the critically acclaimed series Outlander, then you’re seriously missing out. The actress and model (Balfe used to walk for designer labels, like Chanel, Givenchy and Louis Vuitton, and was a Victoria Secret Angel) takes on the role of Claire Beauchamp, a time traveling mid-20th-century nurse. It’s similar to Game of Thrones in terms of theme, but set in war-torn 18th century Scotland and heavier on steamy romance. You’ll see what we mean when you watch the series.
Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones
Krysten Ritter has made us laugh as the B---- in Apt. 23 and disenchanted us as the druggie artist in Breaking Bad. This time, Ritter becomes the ultimate symbol of a new girl power as Marvel’s Jessica Jones. Her character kicks butt, is unapologetic about sex and is not without flaws. Now that’s hot.
Ruby Rose as Stella Carlin
Australian model-actress Ruby Rose is many men’s dream girl and every woman’s girl crush. What with Rose’s stunning androgynous look, she can transform into a brunette bombshell or the (wo)man of your daydreams. This couldn’t be truer than in the Netflix Original series Orange is the New Black where she plays inmate Stella Carlin. Whether she’ll be in the new season or not (though we’re hoping she is), we’ll be keeping a close watch on the good-looking Aussie.
Emily Ratajkowski as Allison Lizowska
Emily Ratajkowski first appeared in Nickelodeon’s teen sitcom iCarly before rising into public consciousness as the ultra sexy and coquettish model in Robin Thicke’s music video, Blurred Lines and later as the female lead in Maroon 5’s Love Somebody. Several TV and movie appearances, and titillating magazine covers later, Ratajkowski takes on the role of Allison Lizowska—a role polar opposite to her real-life, third-wave feminist persona—in Netflix Original, Easy. It’s refreshing to see the actress with thick blonde locks and covered up (in most of the scenes). Nonetheless, Ratajkowski still looks hot.
Dave Franco as Jeff
Dave Franco started with small roles before gaining popularity in movies like 21 Jump Street and Now You See Me 2. Dave might be the younger brother of James Franco, but all his accomplishments in the business are purely his (according to an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Dave has often said no to working with James because, “I didn’t want anyone to say, ‘You’re just riding his coattails’”). This year, the actor returns to TV, on Netflix’s Easy as Jeff, one of the two brothers who run an illegal garage brewery. And honestly, anything that has Dave Franco in it, we’d want to see because. Look. At. Him.
Jon Bernthal as The Punisher
Jon Bernthal was the guy we all loved to hate in The Walking Dead series. As he continues to tread on the path of badassery, this time as Marvel’s The Punisher, we can’t help but admire his body of work—figuratively and literally. Fans anticipate Bernthal’s return; be it in Daredevil, Iron Fist, or The Punisher’s standalone show, set to premiere in 2018. Because brilliant acting and man candy.
Catch these hot guys and gals only on Netflix.
