What is this promo about?
Globe customers can get their hands on exclusive discounts when they purchase A Christmas Carol tickets: Globe Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers are entitled to a 15% discount. Globe Platinum subscribers, meanwhile, are entitled to a 20% discount on tickets.
How can I avail of the promo?
Existing Globe subscribers will receive an official SMS announcement with their assigned promo code. This must be used before selecting your desired show date online or presented at any of the aforementioned TicketWorld outlets for the exclusive discount to apply.
Those who aren't signed on with Globe Telecom can purchase a Globe sim card, acquire a postpaid line, re-contract their line or sign up for a Platinum Plan to be able to join the promo.

A Christmas Carol is 2 hours and 30 minutes long and has a 20-minute intermission.
How is viewing the show outside the tent any different from the seats inside the amphitheate?
Holding the show at the outdoor theater is great fun for everyone, but to get the most out of your experience watching the spectacle that is A Christmas Carol, buying tickets to assigned seats in the tent is the way to go. Here, sounds are clearer; you get to enjoy the surprise effects and you will have a roof over your head should it drizzle or rain.
How are the seats plotted in the amphitheater anyway?
Seats to the show are placed on top risers similar to seats at bleachers.
Is there a minimum age requirement for viewers A Christmas Carol?
Yes, there is. The Globe Iconic BHS Amphitheater has a minimum age requirement of 4 years old. The show can be enjoyed by children ages 6 and older, but should be accompanied by an adult.
Can children in the audience sit on the laps of their accompanying adults for the show?
That’s a no. Every individual attending the show must be accounted for, each with a ticket and an individual seat.
Will there be designated seats for PWD?
Yes! Globe Live will allot seats for PWD so they can enjoy A Christmas Carol as well.
What happens if I’m late to the show? Do I get to change my ticket to another date or ask for a refund?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges. Latecomers will be held at the door until the suitable break in the performance.
