With anti-hoarding policies in place in some cities, trips to the supermarket today could take hours, easily becoming a half-day errand for the single member in the household allowed to get it done.

MedExpress
MedExpress’s home delivery service was made available long before the quarantine was announced. And during the lockdown, the drugstore is doubling down on its efforts to get prescription drugs, over-the-counter products, medical supplies and devices to the people who need them.
Delivery is made via the MedExpress in-house delivery service or its partner couriers for deliveries outside Metro Manila and key cities in the Philippines. Delivery is free for orders worth P1,000 and above while a P50 delivery fee is fixed for orders below P1,000. A minimum delivery purchase of P250 is also required. Lastly, MedExpress offers flexible payment options, accepting cash-on-delivery, credit and debit card payment, online bank deposits and online credit and debit card payment.

Bulk orders are also available for purchase.

Mercato Centrale
Mercato Centrale returns with the soft launch of its Mercato Favorites Cloud Kitchen. All-time favorite selections such as BBQ pork ribs, lasagna, roast beef and beef teriyaki are now available for next-day delivery within Quezon City and Pasig; delivery is free for the first order, too. The only catch is Mercato Centrale accepts orders strictly between 9AM and 5PM only with a maximum of 100 orders accommodated per day. It’s best to plan ahead and act fast.
