How to join & How to win:
1. Download the Tribe application and register for an account.
2. Fill up the required information on the microsite http://www.tribenow.tv/ph/musicbank
3. Once you fill up the form, you have successfully validated your entry to Tribe to Music Bank Promo.
a. Tribe entries to be registered and considered within June 20 to July 19, 2017.
b. Must watch at least 2 shows (Korean, Anime, and/or Movie, etc.), wherein shows must be started and fully completed.
c. Two (2) lucky winners will win two (2) tickets to Music Bank Singapore, one (1) invitation to the VIP Surprise Activity, 3D2N stay in Fragrance hotel/similar class hotel in Singapore, and MNL-SG-MNL roundtrip airfare.
d. Winners will be determined by random draw thru Random.org
Who can join:
a. The promo is open nationwide to all Tribe users,
b. The promo is available to 13 years old and above, with valid ID and valid passport until March 2018, physically and mentally fit to travel
c. Must be willing to shoulder expenses for pocket money
d. Must be successful in sending a valid raffle entry. One successful valid entry is equivalent to one e raffle entry.
Who can win & what to win:
a. Winner must be 13 years old and above, with valid ID and valid passport until March 2018, physically and mentally fit to travel,
b. If the winner is 13 to17 years old, he/she must be accompanied by one of his/her parents to Singapore and must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian when he/she claims his/her prize. If he/she is 18 to 21 years old, he/she must have parent/legal guardian consent and must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian when he/she claims his/her prize,

Notifications of winners:
a. Winners will be announced on July 21, 2017 on Tribe App.
b. Winners will be notified by a Tribe representative thru their registered mail, Tribe email address and registered phone number
Claiming of prizes
a. Winners must physically claim their ticket at PONDR’s office located at 7th Adamson Center LP Levister St., Salcedo Village, Makati from Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.
b. Winners must be accompanied by the person he/she is bringing to the event in Singapore.
c. Winners must present a registered notification from PONDR & Tribe, two (2) valid government ID w/ signature, valid passport, and a photocopy of their birth certificate.
d. For provincial winners, Tribe Limited shall coordinate directly with the winners for the claiming of prizes. The winner must submit photocopies of all necessary documents prior to claiming of the prize. All incidental costs incurred in claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner.
Unclaimed prizes:
a. If he/she does not claim his/her prize 60 days after receipt of notification, he/she forfeits his/her prize.
b. If the winner(s) does not confirm after 7 days from notification, he/she forfeits his/her Music Bank Tickets and Invitation to the Cocktail event within 7 days after notification, he/she forfeits his/her ticket to the concert but can be transferable with his/her permission
Terms & Conditions
1. By joining this promo, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood to the promo mechanics, including but not limited to its terms and conditions.
2. Opt out of the promo will be automatically disqualified from the raffle draw.
3. Music Bank Concert Tickets,VIP Surprise Activity, & Round trip from MNL- SG are not convertible to cash but can be transferable. If concert ticket & VIP Surprise Activity was not claimed after 7 days from notification, he/she forfeits his/her chance to attend the concert.
4. Tribe & PONDR shall be responsible for contacting the winner and arranging the pickup of the prize. If the winner fails to claim the prize within 60 days upon receipt of notification, the prize shall be forfeited in favor of PONDR & Tribe with prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
5. The winner may claim his/her prize at 7th Floor Adamson Center LP Leviste St., Salcedo Village, Makati, Philippines from Monday to Friday between July 21, 24 to 27, 2017 from 10am to 4pm. The winners will need to present a registered notification from PONDR & Tribe, a photocopy of their birth certificate, a valid Government ID w/ signature, active cellular mobile with the winning SIM card and sign a waiver when claiming the prize.
6. The winner must be the one to claim their prize, a representative will not be entertained by Tribe.
7. Winner and their companion must present 2 valid government IDs, valid passport until March 2018, and a copy of their birth certificate.
8. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tribe and PONDR shall ensure that the winner shall participate in public marketing campaigns. Use of Intellectual Property Rights belonging to Tribe for public marketing campaign must be subject to prior approval.
9. The value of each prize is based on the recommended retail value or market value as at commencement of the promo. Each prize is non-refundable and no cash alternative will be given.
10. By accepting the prize, the winner accepts full and complete responsibility for their own safety and welfare at all times and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, agrees that Tribe shall not be liable or responsible for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to the competition or the use of any prize, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
11. All selections and decisions made by Tribe & PONDR in relation to each prize are final and binding and no discussions will be entered into or correspondences entertained in this regard with prior notice to DTI.
12. This promo is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media providers, including without limitation, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram (collectively “Social Media Providers”) and you here by release all Social Media Providers in full from any liability which may arise relating to your participation in the competition.
13. Employees of Tribe, and PONDR, including their relatives of up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
14. The Decision of Tribe and Pondr is FINAL and EXECUTORY.
