Looking for the city’s best yoga studios to help refine your practice? Manila’s full of them

Yoga, a spiritual and physical practice of Hindu origin, has earned varied forms of appreciation today: from the perspective of wellness, mindfulness, and spirituality, just to name a few.

This discipline is marked by its distinct combination of breath work, meditation, and intentional poses. These work together to calm the mind and body, ultimately promoting relaxation and a mind-to-body connection.

Today, you can practice yoga by yourself at home or do take it on in a yoga studio, where you can benefit from an instructor’s guidance and connect with your community. Opting for the studio option, in Manila, you’ll find different varieties of yoga with other physical activities thrown in the mix, so you can choose from a roundup of programs to find one that best suits you.
