How do I register to RiotGO?
You can register for Globe’s RiotGO promos through the GlobeOne App or GCash.
If you’re subscribing through the GlobeOne app, follow these steps:
Open the app and head to Offers. Then, tap Exclusive.
Select your preferred RiotGO or RiotGO+ promo.
Tap Choose Payment Method.
Select Charge to My Load and tap Confirm & Next.
Wait for the promo subscription confirmation via text. This should include a link to the RiotGO page.
Tap the link and enter your Riot ID and password.
Tap Authorize on the authorization page.
Open Wild Rift and play!
If you’re registering through GCash, follow these steps:
Open the app and tap Buy Load.
Choose Globe and enter the mobile number you want to buy the promo for.
Tap next and proceed.
Navigate to the Only on GCash tab and select your preferred RiotGO or RiotGO+ promo.
Wait for the promo subscription confirmation via text. This should include a link to the RiotGO page.
Tap the link and enter your Riot ID and password.
Tap Authorize on the authorization page.
Open Wild Rift and play!
The champions who are part of your subscription will have the word “Go” on the upper left of their profile.
Will I own all the items provided by RiotGO?
The champions and items you receive through the RiotGO promo will be unavailable once the subscription ends. But you’ll receive a fresh set of champions and items once you subscribe again, giving you a different experience for every subscription.
Is RiotGO available for other Riot Games titles?
The RiotGO promos are currently only available for League of Legends: Wild Rift for now. But other Riot Games titles may be added in the future.
Does “data-free gameplay” cover all data charges from playing Wild Rift?
Yes. This includes menu access, tutorial, AI matches, and 5v5 matches. App updates and patches, however, may incur standard data charges.
Can I use RiotGO outside of my country?
Yes, but you will need to use an active Globe Prepaid number. You also need to keep in mind international data roaming charges.
